hlo ... as usual my life sucks....

btw ,here is ur answer : )

=================================

given,

diameter=3cm

radius=3/2 cm

height of the model=height of the two cones+ height of the cylinder

12=2×2+h

12-4=h

h=8cm

volume=πr²h+2(1/3 πr²h)

=22/7 ×3/2 ×3/2 ×8 +2(1/3 (22/7×3/2×3/2×2))

=22×3×3×8/2×2×7 +2(1/3 (22×3×3×2/2×2×7))

=56.57+2(1/3 × 14.14)

=56.57+2(14.14/3)

=56.57+2(4.71)

=56.57+9.42

=65.99m³

air occupied=65.99m³

===============================

hope it helps ^o^
