there are following way:

1. study 4 hours but take a 5 minute break after each hour.
2. study 1 hour early morning,1 hour afternoon and 1 hour night and how much time you get study.
3. balance yourself. like=when you are studying do only study and when you are playing only play

3 months are more than enough to prepare for any school level exams (even in class 12) but not if you are preparing for competitive exams such as(jee) so considering you are preparing for school exam.
