2. Mr Jones leaves work, and travels at a steady speed - represented by GRAPH - D ( the more the time, the less the distance from home is getting)

3. Mr Jones leaves home and travels at a steady speed - represented by GRAPH A (The more the time, the more the distance is being covered.)

4. Mr Jones stays at work - represented by GRAPH C (There is no change being observed in distance from home and the slope of the graph is paralleled to the x-axis)

5. Me Jones travels to work, stays there for some time and returns home - represented by GRAPH - B.
