cone is mounted on a hemisphere means that on a hemisphere a cone is placed .

Hint:

CSA of cone + CSA of hemisphere=TSA of the given object.

cubical block surmounted by a hemisphere means that on cube upper side a hemisphere is surmounting the edge.

A hollow hemisphere mounted by a hollow cylinder means that a cylinder is placed and the cylinders lower end is mounted by a hemisphere.

Hint:

CSA of hemisphere + CSA of cylinder= TSA of the given object.
