mass of one mole of carbon atom =12g

one mole of carbon contains avagadro number of atoms (I.e 6.023×10^23)

hence mass of 6.023×10^23 atoms if carbon=12g

mass of 1 carbon atom =?

12/6.023×10^23=1.993×10^-23grams
