The changes which occurs in a flower after pollination are:

1) The stigma which is found in pistil is the place where the pollen grain gets attached to, germinates. As a result of germination it grows into a pollen tube that is long in length.

2) With the growth of pollen tube, the sperm cells which undergoes meiotic division, travels downwards of style towards the ovary.

3) After the fertilization with egg cell, diploid zygote is formed and another sperm cell after fusing with two nuclei cell forms a triploid cell.

4) Atlast, it is seen that the ovary becomes fruit and seed is formed from the ovule.
