Why are you in tension dear sis?

The very short way to deal with it. Is ask yourself if whatever you have tension about is going to affect u in ir upcoming 5 years

Now lets talk in detail.

There are Two main roots of any problem

1.Memories

2.Expectations

Memories are related to past.

We should never get sad or Mourn about whatever we did because, we can't change the past. Whatever happened let it go. One more thing, all of us faced so many problems in our past too. We made bad decisions and did crazy stuff its okay everyone need to learn things.

So the question is

How to deal with memories?

Just remember the good ones

Holding hand of ur mother

Or any special moment with ur loved ones

Should we forget the past?

No, we shouldn't forget anything

Everything happened with us, teaches us something we should tell that to our younger ones so that they won't do same mistakes again.

#Expectations

It is the most dangerous thing that will hurt you most of the times

You should never expect

I REPEAT YOU SHOULD NEVER EXPECT ANYTHING

with anyone, even from ur parents or with ur partner.

Why we shouldn't expect?

We shouldn't expect because we can't see future

We don't know what could happen in future

It is just a probability from many possibilities whatsoever we want it to be happen.

Then what should we do?

Have Hope

Hope is better, because when we hope something we have blessings of positive energy and we don't exactly expect that this thing should be done this way only. Hope is like life will be better if i got it. Otherwise we can live anyway.

2.In Family (15%)

3.In Studies (5%)

4.other(less than 1 %)

Lastly i dont know why are you stressed

1.Dont care about people who don't care about you

2.If you can't control your emotions , try to control ur actions

Just breathe, life is not that short, there are so many things to care about, the particular moment you're living is ur one and only moment in your life.
