There are 5 different species of White Rhinos-

☪ White Rhino
☪ Black Rhino
☪ Sumatran Rhino
☪ Horned Rhino/ Indian Rhino
☪ Javan Rhino

WHITE RHINOS-

White rhino is the second largest land mammal.

Subspecies of White Rhino-

The white rhino is divided into two subspecies-

☪ Northern White Rhino
☪ Southern White Rhino

They are of different subspecies because they are genetically distinct populations.

Northern Rhinos- As of 19 March, 2018 there were only two known rhinos of this subspecies left, both of which are female. The two remaining northern white rhinos in the world at the Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Laikipia in Kenya.
