hi guys what is the difference between the respiration and breathing guys​

Respiration is a breakdown of glucose or oxidation of glucose while breathing is the physical process in which inhalation and exhalation takes place.breathing is one of the processes held in respiration.

  • enzymes are involved,energy is released and stored in the form of atp
  • it takes place inside the cell
  • oxidation of glucose take place

breathing...

  • breathing is a mechanical process,
  • no enzymes are involved,
  • it takes place outside the cell
  • no energy is released ,
  • exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide takes place
