Industry is related with the production of Goods and Services by using different mechanical appliances(Machine) and technical skill(Specific Knowledge).

Or Sometimes Industry means group of firms producing similar goods. Example- Electric Industry,Banking Industry,Insurance Industry etc.

Commerce is concerned with exchange of goods and services . It includes all those activities, which directly or indirectly facilitate exchange.
