Hi how can I get,
500 grams of sugar occupies a volume of 0.315 liters. What is the density of the sugar in grams per milliliter?

Answer:

1 l=1000ml

0.315l=315ml

Density = mass/volume

=500/315 g/ml

=100/63 g/ml

=1.57 g/ml approx.
