hi, I blicked a person on brainly and now i want to unblick him urgently.. while i am clicking on msg button it is coming that xyz(some name).is not accepting the messages right now.

Hey there !
If u have blocked a person , and if you want to unblock him , you can click the message button , by going to the person's profile.
If you see an option " You have blocked this user . do u want to unblock this user " , click that option

If u see the message that the user is not accepting messages at this time , it means that the person has blocked you too !!
so unless the person unblocks u , u cant message him/her
