Hi, I need to write a speech from the word "courage".

This speech is supposed to arouse the interest of the audience, and I need to speak about one subject only. I need to have three arguments for this subject (from the word "courage"), and one argument against.

But I don't know what to write about. I've thought about writing that you need courage to love yourself just the way you are, but I do not know if there even are any arguments against this, and I don't think it will fit to this task. I want to be confident about my subject, and not just writing about something I know nothing about.

Could I receive any help? What should I write about? What do you think about when you think about the word "courage"?
