Now,

we know that,

base of cylinder is circular,

and,

circumference of circle = 2πr

where,

r is the radius of thame base.

.°. 2πr = 114 cm ............(i)

Now,

it is given that,

height or the cylinder,

h = 10 cm ................(ii)

Now,

we know that,

curved surface area of the cylinder is the sum of all circulference of th circles upto that height we want to find

or we can say that,

Curved surface area,CSA = 2πr × h

=> CSA = 114 × 10 {cm}^{2}

=> CSA = 1140 {cm}^{2}

Hence,

Curved surface area of the cylinder = 1140 {cm}^{2}
