\textbf{Answer = 15+9+6=30:}

\textbf{Let me explain how '6 'Came there:}

I put there "6" by rotating the" 9 " into "6".

\textbf{\underline {\underline {Fact:-}}} This question was firstly solved by the \textbf{\underline {GAURAV AGARWAL:}}. He was an Indian IAS topper.He was only able to solve this by the rotation method.

AJAYMAHICH: where is 6 ???
Anonymous: Rotate "9 " then it will become "6" ,That's why it is a rotation method
AJAYMAHICH: wrong solution
AJAYMAHICH: you rotate 9 but don't use two time a single ball
Anonymous: we can use a ball once or twice,There isn't any such types of demands that we cannot use one ball twice :)
AJAYMAHICH: nopes because in this question only 1 ball
AJAYMAHICH: it's wrong solution..... by an IAS topper

\huge\underline\mathfrak\red{Explanation}

The question says : choose 3 balls to make the equation true, clear ☑️

Now, I'm just rotating the ball on which '9' is written so that it become '6' as according to our need and to make the equation true.

The question isn't saying that you have to choose the numbers, it says you have to choose three balls.

So i have choosen the three balls,

1st of \boxed{13}

2nd of \boxed{11}

3rd of \boxed{9}

and i rotated the ball of '9' to get '6'.
