the length of a rectangular Garden is 5/4 times its breadth. the expansion for four layer wiring around the garden at rupees 36 per metre is rupees 129600 what is the breadth of the garden?

let the breadth of garden be x.
so according to question length = 5x/4.
perimeter of garden = 2( l + b)
but here there are 4 layer wiring around garden so now it's perimeter will be = 4*2(l+b)
= 8(l+b)
the cost of wiring (per layer) = 36
so cost of 8(l+b) = 36*8(l+b)
288(5x/4+x) = 129600
9x/4. = 129600/288
9x/4. = 450
X. = 450*4/9
= 200 m ( Answer )
