Question

Hi I would like to delete my system files but keep the OS installed. Is there any way i can do this? I would like to delete all if not most of the files in my computer.
The Operating system is windows 7 ultimate and i would like to give it to someone but i cant seem to delete the files

Explanation:

First go in computer right click on local diskC and in list there would be a option format all select and enter continue and all files would be deleted

Or delete whole system files by using any third party application
