Hi..If the lift is accelerated upwards does the mass remain constant ? give reason for your ans...and no spams pls

SabbirAhmed: mass is not constant.. it is variable.. it varies when it is moving,,... The more speed it gain,, the more it loses its mass,,, it is thought that if mass increase,, energy decrease,,, if mass decrease, ,energy increase. ....... although these theory are stufied in higher edu.. (pls be noted that i did not messed up mass with weight)
SabbirAhmed: stufied should be STUDIED
SabbirAhmed: m= m• ÷ (1- (v^2 ÷ c^2) )^(1÷2) m•= mass when resting m= mass while moving m
SabbirAhmed: m < m•
SabbirAhmed: m• is greater than m

heyy frnd...

Obviously the mass will remain constant... as mass remains constant on whole earth. It depends only on G and no other factor and G is always equal to 6.67×10^11 Nm^2/kg^2.

Hope it helped u!!!
