in the figure quadrilateral ABCD is a rectangle. semi circles are drawn on AB
and CD. l(AB) is 7 cm l(AD) is 10 cm find the area of the figure

step by step

We know that area of rectangle is l×b

then Length is AD and breadth is AB

then area = 10×7

70cm square..

then there are two semi circles
their area will be

πr^2÷2

then

22/7×3.5×3.5/2

then

area is 19.3cm square

there are two semi circles

then 19.3×2

38.3cm square.

adding both areas..

70+38.3

108.3 cm square is the area of the figure....✌️✌️✌️
