Hi is more acidic then Hcl.why?

the bond between H and I is weaker than that between H and cl.Thus in Hi hydrogen can easily be isolated from I than in Hcl.This increases the number of H+ ions which in turn increases the PH. Thus Hi is more acidic than Hcl
