The fundamental right are enshrined in part 111 of our constitution they are justifiable this mean that if they are interfered with or violated a person can move a court of law remedy.

The fundamental right however are not absolute in case of any external aggression or internal threat the fundamental right except right to life and liberty are suspended thus our constitution attempts to strike a balance between the individual liberty and social control
