1.they r the thread like structures present in the nucleus. they r the carrier of genes which contains all the information needed by the cell to function etc.
2.the nucleus and the cytoplasm together make up the protoplasm and it is called the living substance of cell.
3.a cell membrane seperates the cell from its surrounding and gives it shape.
