Hi, my dog is a 7 month old Labrador Retriever, he never barks during the day it doesn't even fell like there's a dog in o, only in the evening when many people on a scooter shout at night, he starts barking a bit, and ehenevet he starts barking even a little bit, my neighbour is a drunkard he starts shouting at my dog and says bad words, what shohld i do, he never listens to what we're saying

Barking is a natural habit. You will notice dogs bark at bad people, don't know why? but they do!

Maybe your parents should talk to that brainless fellow not to say bad words. People are still so uncivilized.
