hi my first question in brainly is for a student howmany hours of sleep is must and what is the best time for sleep

6 or 8 hours for sleep are important
the best time of sleep is 10 or 11pm to 5 to 6am

- Sleep is important as work. We need to sleep for a minimuim hours to go on our life!!

- It is Said that a student/ a child should sleep 8 hours.
- But according to new studies, a person who sleep 5-6 hours seems more healthy than one who sleep for 7-8 hours.
- Best time to sleep is 9:30 - 10:30 p.m.

- So, sleep well, but over sleep is not good.
- Personally, i don't believe in sleeping. but, whenever we have any problem,it's quite healthy to take a nap. It relieves stress.
