let us first find individual seats of each section being used..

1. first class section...

 \frac{5}{7} \: of \: 14 \: are \: being \: used

soo seats being used...

 \frac{5}{7} \times 14 = 10

10 seats in first class are being used

2. business class section...

 \frac{5}{16} \: of \: 64 \: are \: being \: used

soo seats being used...

 \frac{5}{16} \times 64 = 20

20 seats in business class are being used

3. In one economy class...

 \frac{5}{9} \: of \: 108 \: are \: being \: used

soo seats being used...

 \frac{5}{9} \times 108 = 60

60 seats in one economy class are being used..

in 4 economy classes = 60×4 = 240

In total 240 seats are being used in economy class...

total seats being used in plane...

10+20+240=270

total seats in plane...

14+64+(108×4)

78+432

=510

how much plane is occupied...

 100 \times \frac{270}{510} = 52.94.....percent

it means ....

YES , the plane is occupied above half or 50%
