Following are the reason for cause of French Revolution :-

  1. Despotic rule of Louise xvi : Long year of war drained the treasure of kingdom . This forced king to increase the taxes which was mostly paid by third estate.
  2. previlages and burden: The french society was divided into 3 estate 1st two estate was made up of nobles and clergy which makes the 10% of population they do not use to pay any kind of taxes . And 90% of population was made up of middle class who use to all kinds of direct and indirect taxes
  3. Role of middle class: Middle class was consist of literate people who use to no one should be previlaged by birth
  4. Rising prices: the population of France was increased which resultant in the shortage of food grains and this increased the price of bread which is stable food . The income of workers could not able to keep pace with the increasing amount of food . Which widen the difference between rich and poor.
  5. storming of Bastille: during to the turmoil in France . Angry women who stood in query for hours for the bread stormed the shop and no of people divided into many buildings in the search of armour stormed the Bastille prison who stood for the despotic rule of Louise xvi and Bastille prison was hated by all .

This resultant for french revolution on 14th July 1847.
