Ascending order means from smallest number to biggest (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9)

55, 62, 68, 52, 60

look for the smallest first digit. it is 5. There are 2  5 digits, 52 and 55. Check which one is smallest(0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) ie 2 then 5. So 52 comes first 55 after that.

52, 55

Look for starting with 6 . here we can see 62, 68 and 60. Check 2nd digit wich is smallest? (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) so  

45, 49, 55, 60, 62, 68

We will look one more

62, 41, 30, 54, 28

Here look first digit of all numbers. 2 is the smallest one. and there is only one 2 number. So first comes 28. now other all are starting with 3. ie. 30. After 3 comes 4 check for the numbers starting with 4. ie 41. There is no more 4. So check for starting with 5. there is only one ie 54. So now left 62. So write 62.

Now we will put in order = 28, 30, 41, 54, 62

Now I think you can do yourself other two ascending order

Now let us look into decending order.

Decending means from biggest to small. for example 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0

45, 49, 68, 66, 55

In this highest first digit is 6. So look for the numbers starting with 6. they are 68 and 66. Look for second number of these. the biggest one is 8 then comes 6. (9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0)

So 68, 66

Then after 6 the biggest number comes 5. And there is one number starting with 5 ie 55

so 68, 66, 55,

Now after 5 the biggest number comes 4. here there are 2 numbers starting with 4. They are 45 and 49.  Now check second digit. 5 and 9. Which one is biggest? (9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0)9 ofcourse. Then only comes 5.

So  68, 66, 55, 49, 45
