)Two specialised types of parenchyma are chlorenchyma and aerenchyma. Type of parenchyma which contains chlorophyll and can perform photosynthesis, is called. It is found in leaves as mesophyll cells. Type of parenchyma which contains large air cavities is called aerenchyma.

2) Companion cells deliver ATP, proteins and other nutrients to sieve elements. Companion cells are ground tissue cells found within the phloem of flowering plants that manage the flow of nutrients through sieve tubes.

)a formative plant tissue usually made up of small cells capable of dividing indefinitely and giving rise to similar cells or to cells that differentiate to produce the definitive tissues and organs.

)Cambium is considered to be a lateral meristem because it is present along the lateral sides of stem and roots. For example, interstellar cambium ring formed by intrafasicular and interfascicular cambium.

)The vascular bundles are typically collateral and open ones, with xylem and phloem on the same radius, xylem being internal and phloem external. A strip of lateral meristem, cambium, is present between xylem and phloem.

)Collenchyma cells are elongated cells with irregularly thick cell walls that provide support and structure. Their thick cell walls are composed of the compounds cellulose and pectin. These cells are often found under the epidermis, or the outer layer of cells in young stems and in leaf veins.
