suggest one way to improve the situation of each of the following cases .

1. your country is unable to perform well in the national sports .

Develop.

In my opinion, most Indians do not have the luxury to follow there heart and do what they love. Mostly, they are forced to do something that is safe, the road mostly traveled.

So until and unless we develop, such that every one has a better standard of living, one does not have to fight for basic amenities and existence, then we can focus on next level of satisfaction. 

But there's a lot of time before we develop. So to achieve local maxima (a stupid analogy) , we can focus on some sports and fund them more than other sports which we are hopeless in. Like Jamaica, it has only runners and still has more golds than India. And there are many other countries like Jamaica, which are ahead of India. So Like if we focus on wrestling, boxing and shooting (and some other games), maybe we can do it. I am not saying ignore other games, but rather increase the money in above games.

I think our country had to provide them better facilities as there are many persos which are a good sport person but they are poor and don't have any chance to perform better ,Our country had to support those persons which do not get such facilities..But are very well in sports..
