This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Naveen, one of the policyholder in your esteemed company almost three years back with policy number 123456. Unfortunately, I met with an accident yesterday at Indranagar. I was driving my vehicle carefully but abruptly, a truck hit my car from the backside and damaged back portion completely.
Post the incident occurred, I have contacted one of your representatives and submitted all the necessary documents which support the policy. It has been almost one week passed still, I did not get any update on my request.
I need to repair my damaged vehicle hence I am requesting you to expedite the claim process and do let me know if need any further details required from my end.
