4y + 3x ^{2} + 4y + 5x ^{2} \\  \\  = (4y + 4y) + (3 {x}^{2}  + 5 {x}^{2} ) \\  \\  = 8y + 8 {x}^{2}  \\  \\  = 8(y +  {x}^{2} ) \\  \\  = 8( {x}^{2}  + y)
