AO = BO (since AO and BO are radous of circle)
By midpoint formula we get-
Coordinates of O
= {(x1+x2/2),(y1+y2)}
= {(7+(-1)/2),9+(-3)/2}
= {(7-1/2),(9-3/2)}
= {(6/2),(6/2)
= (3,3)
