1. Place an undamaged hibiscus flower on a paper towel.

2. Check the flower’s base for the sepals. Lift the sepals with tweezers and pull them back to get the full length of the petals and the ovules beneath.

3. Remove each petal and lay them on the paper towel.

4. Examine the exposed stamen. Examine the pollen grains on the stamen using a magnigying glass.

5. Remove the stamen with to get the pistil in the center of the flower.
