it can be a boon or a bane

it matters on how you use and how u waste your time in social media

let take an example for boon

if u want some knowledge u can get it from social media and it helps you to connect with the people of different areas where u can exchange your ideas and views

and it helps you to participate in the matter of government i.e you can know the policies of government from it and many more

now let take an example for bane

if u are wasting your time on social media then it can be harmful for your life and gonna exploit ur life

now if we see todays generation and check their browsing history we will find that mostly they are addicted to that sites which contains adult contents and which are age restricted too........and what they r doing they are exploiting their life....and if u see the insta of teens (according to me) you will find that they are addicted to hookah and many more and what they do just post their videos and photos with hookah and beer and get many followers or likes and what they are doing just promoting it..... and people who see them feel like they are drinking elixir.............
