High concentration of a solution an enzyme inactive. why?

Enzyme are proteinceous in nature which are too much sensitive to the moderate change in any physical condition ie. pH, Temperaure, concentration etc.
It becomes inactive on change in concentration ,pH as its enzyme activity is lost.
