1)Gas and electricity are reason for the break out of fire, and in earthquake anything can trigger this, because everything is in unstable mode.
2)BECAUSE SOME TIME THE BROKEN POWER LINES HAS SOME ELECTRIC CURRENT IN IT ,IT MAY CAUSES SEVERAL BURNS AND MAY BE CAUSE DEATH .
3)After an earthquake has occurred the tsunami take some time to reach the course. Hence it is possible to away to a safe place
