One is distribution of freebies like fridge , oven , etc or money to voters to win support for a particular party. Such actions can wrongly and unfairly influence all kinds of voters and shake the roots of free and fair elections.
Secondly coercion of forcing or threatening people to vote for a particular person using political power also is a violation of the code of conduct.
