1)The three sides of India is surrounded by mountain, which protects India from severe cold and also causes rain.

2) The mountains are great source of minerals.

3) The mountains protects India from the foreign attacks and the nearness to the water bodies has flourished trade with the foreign countries.

4)The African and Gulf countries provide oil with through Indian Ocean.

5)That is in the east view lies the Bay of Bengal, in the West side the Arabian Sea is covered and in the south the Indian Ocean covers the land, which would result in the large number of coastal regions.
