• adding excess sugar or salt to it

iii)It is because our lungs need warm and humid air for gaseous exchange to take place. In our nose there are some cells which make the aur going in warm and humid whereas they are absent in the buccal cavity thus it is always adviced to breathe from the nose and not from the mouth. The cold air can damage our lungs.

iv) The treachea contains C shaped rings which prevents it from collapsing under certain circumstances.
