Hey mate! here's your answer!
________________________

solution :-

(v)

 {x}^{ - \frac{7}{2} } \times 2{x}^{ - \frac{1}{2} }

so, we know that,

when we multiply two numbers or variable whose base are same, so their exponents add.

 = > 2{x}^{ \frac{ - 7}{2} + (\frac{ - 1}{2}) }

 = > 2{ x }^{ \frac{ - 7 - 1}{2} }

 = > 2{x}^{ \frac{ - 8}{2} }

 = > 2{x}^{-4}

thus , in positive form, it can be written as ,

 = > { \frac{2}{{x}^{4}} }

hope you understood!
