kirchhoff junction rule:at any juncton point , the sum of all currents entering the junction must equal to the sum of all current leaving the junction.
His voltage law states that for a closed loop series path the algebraic sum of all the voltages around any closed loop in a circuit is equal to zero.

According to junction rule, algebraic sum of current passing through a junction is zero.i.e. Value of sum of currents coming towards a junction is equal to the sum of currents leaving the junction.
Now, the loop rule or mesh law says that the sum of potential differences of various resistors in a circuit is equal to the sum of emf in the circuit.
Hope it will help :-)
