1. Yoga helps in improving concentration.
2.It helps to remain fit.
3.Yoga helps in the mental fitness also
4.Yoga keeps our mind cool and calm.
5. Different yoga helps us in different ways.Some for concentration and others also.
6.Yoga helps in the control of angerness.
7.Yoga helps in the purification of blood.They keeps us strong.
8.Yoga is also good for eyesight.One can regain its eyesight power by performing yoga.
9.Yoga is a thing performed by our ansestors by a very long time as they know these things are very precious in our life.
10.Giving time to yoga atleast gives a mental satisfaction to a person from his or her daily busy life.
