please read full ans then definitely you will understand the concept of direct proportion and Inverse proportion

direct proportion means if magnitude of one side increase then magnitude of second side will also increase means agar ek side Ka magnitude badhega to to dusre side Ka bhi magnitude badhega for example,s(speed)=d/t

here if speed will increase then distance covering in same time will also increase

inverse proportion means if magnitude of one side increases then magnitude of second side will decrease means agar ek side Ka magnitude badhega to next side Ka Kam hoga

for example,s(speed)=d/t

here if speed will increase then time Will decrease to cover the same distance
