2. she might of missed a letter

3. save her lgin for next time

a) there is a possibility of that she might be type incorrect user name or password. or someone changed her email password.

b) Her password can be altered if she saved her login details with browser.

c) She should not save her login details in any browser and she should activate two factor authentication ( two- step verification)
