Calculate pH of sol. whose hydrogen ion conc.is 2×10^-5 gm per litre.

The given concentration of H+ ion is 2x 10^(-5) M

As we know, pH= -log[H+]

pH = - log ( 2x 10^-5)

= -log2 + 5

= 5 - 0.30

= 4.70
