Your answer - Soil is formed by the weathering of the huge rocks. Weathering is actually breaking of huge rocks into small sediments due to the action of weathering agents like climatic conditions , rainfall and sometimes in extreme situationa like growing of small saplings on rocks. Those sediments then are taken away by agents like water , wind etc.

Hope it helps..

♣⭐Soil formation is the process by which soil is formed by various weather factors like rains and light, physical activities like freezing and thawing of water that sepeed through rocks, and biological factors like this integration of rocks when plant roots can penetrate through rocks .⭐♣

✨There are four layers of soil-

Topsoil-

➡The thin rich layer where most nutrients for plants are found.

Bedsoil-

➡Made up of sand , silt and clay that has not been broken down all the way .

Parent Material-

➡Mostly rock that has been slightly weathered.

➡Not many things live down here.

Bedrock-

➡The lowest layer of soil.

➡It is a solid Rock layer
