India is a land where there is Unity in Diversity. India is the seventh largest country in the world present in the continent of Asia. There are 29 states in India with 7 Union Territories. Delhi is the capital of India. Hindi is the National Language of the country. Peacock is its National Bird. Tiger is the National Animal of this country. The flag of India is the Tricolour. It has three colours on it - Saffron which means sacrifice, White which means peace and Green which denotes the green lands of India. It also has the Ashok Chakra in the middle. India is also a land of festivals. India is indeed an incredible country.
