I don't think time can be related by altitude. They are factors of different areas. But yes , time can be related with latitude . The more far a person moves from the equator , the more higher become the difference between the duration of day and night of that location.

Einstein's work famously showed that time is relative. In 1907 his General Theory of Relativity showed that clocks run more quickly at higher altitudes because they experience a weaker gravitational force than clocks on the surface of the Earth....!!
