angle BAC = 35°
angle CAD = 40°
To find ---

Finding ---
(1)
AD || BC and AC as transversal.
angle DCA = angle ACB ...(alternate Interior Angles)
Therefore,
angle ACB = 40° .....(equation 1)
AB || DC and AC as transversal.
angle DCA = angle angle CAB......(alternate Interior angle)
Therefore,
angle DCA = 35° .....(equation 2)
From equations 1 and 2, you get your answer.
