◼Vinegar is the liquid that is formed by the fermentation of ethanol into acetic acid. This fermentation is carried out by some particular bacteria whereas, distilled water is the purest form of water obtained by boiling into vapors and condensing back into the liquid form.

◼Also, vinegar is a complete acid where acetic acid$(CH_{3}COOH)$ is mixed with water and other chemical components whereas, distilled water contains carbon dioxide$(CO_{2})$, water$(H_{2}O$ and other components.
